CREST (Helmet):
Out of a Ducal coronet or a demi Eagle displayed per pale, the dexter azure and the sinister or
MANTLE (Decken):
Not deScribed (Mantling is seldom deScribed and usually takes the Tinctures of the Shield)

MOTTO:
None recorded (Common for the German Achievement)

REFERENCE SOURCE:
Armorial General by J.B. Rietstap

ARMS (Shield) INTERPRETATION:
Per Pale - (Means the Shield is divided in half vertically)
or and azure - (Means the first half of the Shield is Golden (Or=Gold) and the second half is Blue (Azure=Blue))
a Fish paleways of the second - (Means a Blue (Azure=Blue - 2nd color deScribed) Fish is placed vertically (Paleways) upon the left (viewers left) half of the Shield)
a Fish Paleways of the first - (Means a Golden colored (Or=Gold - 1st color) Fish is to be placed vertically (Paleways) upon the second half (viewers right half) of the Shield)

CREST (Helmet) INTERPRETATION:
Out of a Ducal Coronet Or - (Means that something (to be deScribed later) will come out from a Golden (Or=Gold) Ducal Coronet (often called a "Crest Coronet"), which is a "Crown-like" device that has no significance other than to be used only for Heraldic decoration of the Helmet or to signify Government Service - it's always drawn with only 3 of its 4 strawberry leaves visible & has no jewels)
a Demi Eagle Displayed per Pale - (Means a half (Demi) Eagle is coming out of the Coronet & has its wings outstretched (Displayed) & is divided in half vertically (Per Pale))
the Dexter Azure and the Sinister Or - (Means the half of the Eagle to the viewers left (Dexter) is to be colored Blue (Azure) & the other half (Sinister) is to be colored Golden (Or) this is all to be affixed to the Helm (Helmet), which is drawn in profile with the Visor closed, or with no Visor nor Grilles - the kind used by a "Bürgerliche" (Esquire/Commoner/Citizen)

SYMBOLISM:
Crown (Coronet) - (Authority) Note: Because it isn't specifically deScribed in writing, it's unknown whether the Crest Coronet is just an heraldic adornment (a common practice) or signifies Government Service (also a common practice).
Eagle displayed - (Protection)
Fish - (A true, generous mind; virtuous for himself, not because of his heritage)
Colors:
Azure (Blue) - (Loyalty and truth)
Or (Gold) - (Generosity)

Above Blazon (written description) only applies to large Emblazon (drawing).
