REFERENCE SOURCE:
Wappenbuch von 1605 by Johann Siebmacher

ARMS (Shield) INTERPRETATION:
Per Pale - (Means the Shield is divided in half vertically)
Argent and azure - (Means The 1st half of the Shield is Silver (Argent=Silver -Depicted as white) & the 2nd half is Blue (Azure=Blue))
the first charged in Fess with three Arrows Fesseways Or - (Means 3 Golden (Or=Gold) Arrows are placed in the middle third (Fess) of the Shield horizontally (Fessways))
Points to Sinister - (Means the Arrows point opposite of normal, to the viewers right (Sinister))
accompanied in chief by a Mullet of the same - (Means that in the top third of the Shield (Chief) is a Golden ("of the same" = Gold) Star (Mullet) of 5 points (unspecified = 5 pointed Stars)
the second charged with - (Means the 2nd (Blue) half of the Shield will have "things" placed (Charged) upon it, which will be deScribed next)
2 Mullets in Pale of the latter - (Means 2 Golden (Or=Gold - last color) Stars arranged vertically (in this instance, "in Pale" has the same meaning as "Paleways"))
accompanied in Chief by a Crescent of the 1st - (Means that up in the top third of the Shield (Chief) is a Silver (Argent=Silver - 1st color) Crescent)

CREST (Helmet) INTERPRETATION:
On a Torse of the colors - (Means the next thing deScribed will go upon a cloth wreath (Torse) of 6 twists, alternating between the primary tinctures)
between a Crescent figured Azure - (Means something is to go between the points of a Blue (Azure) Crescent)
an Arrow Or - (Means a Golden (Or) Arrow is the thing that goes between the points of the Crescent - the orientation/attitude of the Arrow is vertical (by default))
on its tip a Mullet - (Means that a 5 pointed Star (mullet) is placed upon the tip of of the Arrow (color wasn't deScribed, so it can be either Silver or Blue (the primary Tinctures) - This Crest is then affixed by the Torse (together with the Mantling) to the Helmet, which is drawn with closed Visor, or with no Visor nor Grilles - the kind used by a "Bürgerliche" (Esquire/Commoner/Citizen))
Note that putting the Golden Arrows upon the Silver Shield half breaks the "Tincture Rule" of Heraldry but it must be drawn exactly as deScribed (written) by the Scribe.

SYMBOLISM:
Arrow - (Martial readiness)
Crescent - (One who has been honored by the sovereign; hope of greater glory)
Star (Mullet) - (Divine quality from above; mark of cadency of the 3rd son)
Colors:
Argent (Silver) - (Peace and sincerity)
Azure (Blue) - (Loyalty and truth)
Or (Gold) - (Generosity)

Above Blazon (written description) only applies to large Emblazon (drawing).
