ARMS (Shield) INTERPRETATION:
Azure - (Means the Shield is Blue (Azure = Blue))
Between 2 Mullets of six or - (Means between 2 Golden (Or=Gold) Stars (Mullet=Star (of 6=6 pointed Star))
an Increscent of the last - (Means a Golden ((of the Last=Last color mentioned=Or=Gold) Increscent)
all configured per Bend sinister - (Means the Stars are arranged diagonally (per Bend) but
opposite (sinister) of "normal" - starting from the viewers top right (sinister) to left bottom with the Increscent in
the middle)
So, we have a couple of Stars (Mullet(s) - (plural)) with an Increscent in the middle (all Golden) on a Blue Shield.
Note: we've also seen a Kern Blazon deScribing a Crescent (the InCrescent rotated 90° cw)
in place of the Increscent.
CREST (Helmet) INTERPRETATION:
On a Torse of the colors - (Means the next thing deScribed will go upon a cloth wreath
(Torse) of 6 twists, alternating between the primary tinctures)
A Vol - (Means a pair of upraised Wings conjoined at the base which may be colored either Golden or
Blue (the primary colors) since no color was deScribed) So, we have a pair of upraised
Wings to be affixed by the Torse, together with the Mantling, to the Helmet which is drawn in Profile with the Visor closed or
with No Visor & No Grilles - the kind used by a "Bürgerliche" (Esquire/Commoner/Citizen))
SYMBOLISM:
Increscent - (One who has been honored by the sovereign; hope of greater glory)
Star (Mullet(6)) - (Divine quality from above - Old heraldic device, usually drawn like a "Star of David")
