Lion standing with one leg raised (Passant) and is colored Black (Sable=Black))
holding in the paws an anchor paleways inverted of the latter - (Means the Lion is holding, in his paws,
an Anchor which is to be displayed vertically (Paleways) & "upside-down" (Inverted) & is colored Black (of the latter - means of the
last color mentioned, which is Black (Sable=Black))
