are added to the Shield in an alignment that is opposite of normal (Sinister))
upon a Chief of the first - (Means the next thing to be deScribed (the Cross) will be
placed upon a Silver (Argent=Silver - 1st color mentioned) Chief (the top third of the Shield))
a Cross Formee of the latter (Means a Black (Sable=Black - 2nd (last) color) Cross is
