ARMS (Shield) INTERPRETATION:
Argent - (Means the Shield is Silver (Argent=Silver - depicted as White))
between three phaeons vert - (Means that "Something" is to go between 3 Spearheads (Phaeons) that are all colored Green (Vert=Green) and are arranged in the usual (default) orientation/attitude of 2 & 1 (2 up & 1 down down))
a chevron gules - (Means a Red (Gules=Red) Chevron is what goes between the 3 Phaeons)

CREST (Helmet) INTERPRETATION:
A pellican argent - (Means a silver (Argent=Silver) Pellican is to be affixed by the Torse (wreath of cloth with 6 twists, alternating between the primary tinctures) together with the Mantling, to the Helmet, which is drawn in Profile with the Visor closed, or with no Visor nor Grilles - the kind used by an Esquire/Commoner/Citizen)
