three Fleurs-De-Lis argent - (Means the top half of the Shield has 3 Silver (Argent= Silver Fleurs-De-Lis placed (Charged) upon it)
2nd: argent two Pales Gules - (Means the Silver (Argent=Silver) bottom half of the Shield has 2 wide Red (Gules=Red) vertical "stripes" (Pales) placed (Charged) upon it)
