Per Fess - (Means the Shield is divided in half horizontally)
Azure over Argent - (Means the Shield is Blue (Azure = Blue) on the top half & Silver (Argent = Silver) on the bottom half)
1st a griffin segreant of the latter - (Means the Top (1st half) of the Shield is to have a Silver (of the Latter (Last color mentioned=Silver)) Griffin whose attitude/orientation is Standing on its hind leg (Segreant))
2nd between two pales gules - (Means "Something" (to be deScribed next) is to go between 2 vertical "Strips/Stripes (Pales) that are colored Red (Gules = Red))
an arrow paleways of the last (Means an upright (Paleways), Red (of the Last (Last color mentioned=Red)) Arrow is what goes between the 2 Red Pales)

CREST (Helmet) INTERPRETATION:
Non - (Means no known Crest was deScribed to be affixed by the Torse (wreath of cloth with 6 twists, alternating between the primary tinctures) together with the Mantling, to the Helmet, which is drawn in in Profile with the Visor closed, or with no Visor nor Grilles - the kind used by a "Bürgerliche" (Esquire/Commoner/Citizen))
