Azure a mullet of six or, a crescent inverted with a face of the last all configured paleways

On a torse of the colors, two proboscides per fesse, alternately azure and or

ARMS (Shield) INTERPRETATION:
Azure - (Means the Shield is Blue (Azure = Blue))
a mullet of six or - (Means a Golden (Or=Gold) 6 pointed Star (Mullet of 6) is to be 1st
a crescent inverted with a face of the last - (Means an "Upside Down" (Inverted) Crescent that has a "Face" (Moon Face?) and is to be colored Golden (of the last=Last Color Mentioned, which was Gold (Or)))
all configured paleways - (Means the things mentioned are to be arranged vertically (in Pale))

CREST (Helmet) INTERPRETATION:
On a Torse of the colors two Proboscides (Horns) Per Fess, alternately azure and or - (Means 2 Horns that are divided in half ( Per Fess) with the top half of the Dexter Horn (Viewers Left Horn) Blue (Azure=Blue) & the bottom half Golden (Or=Gold) & the other Horn alternates the colors, and this is all affixed by the Torse (wreath of cloth with 6 twists, alternating between the primary tinctures) together with the Mantling to the Helmet, which is drawn in Profile with its Visor Closed, or with no Visor nor Grilles - the kind used by a "Bürgerliche" (Esquire/Commoner/Citizen))

SYMBOLISM:
Crescent - (Signifies one who has been enlightened and honored by the gracious aspect of his ruler)
Fess - (Military belt or girdle of honor; represents readiness to serve the public)
Horns - (Strength and fortitude)
Star (Mullet(5)) - (Divine quality from above - Old heraldic device)
Star (Mullet(6)) - (Divine quality from above - Old heraldic device, usually drawn like a "Star of David")
Colors:
Azure (Blue) - (Loyalty and truth)
Or (Gold) - (Generosity)
