Per pale argent and sable the first charged with a lion rampant gules the second charged with three bendlets or
CREST (Helmet):
On a torse of the colors a lion rampant gules, holding a mullet or
MANTLE (Decken):
Not deScribed (Mantling is seldom deScribed unless other than the Primary Tinctures are to be used)

None recorded (It is rare for the German Achievement to deScribe a motto)

ARMS (Shield) INTERPRETATION:
Per Pale Argent and Sable - (Means the Shield is divided in half vertically, Silver (Argent) on the left and Black (Sable) on the right half)
The first charged with a Lion Rampant Gules - (Means the first half (viewers left) of the Shield has a rampaging (Rampant) male (unless otherwise deScribed) Lion standing on one hind leg, in profile and colored Red (Gules) upon it)
The second charged with three Bendlets Or - (Means the second half (right) of the Shield has Three fairly wide (half of a Bends width (half a fifth of the Shield)) diagonal strips (Bendlets) running top to bottom, viewers left to right and colored Golden (Or (depicted as yellow)) upon it)

CREST (Helmet) INTERPRETATION:
On a Torse of the colors - (Means the next thing deScribed will go upon a cloth wreath (Torse) of 6 twists, alternating between the primary tinctures)
A Lion Rampant Gules - (Means a rampaging (Rampant) male (unless otherwise deScribed) Lion standing on one hind leg, in profile and colored Red (Gules))
holding a mullet or - (Means the Lion is holding a Golden (Or) Star (Mullet), and this is all affixed by the Torse (together with the Mantling) to the Helmet, which is drawn in Profile with the Visor closed, or with no Visor nor Grilles - the kind used by a "Bürgerliche" (Esquire/Commoner/Citizen))
