diagonally but is oriented opposite of usual (Sinister - goes from (viewers) left to right, bottom to top))
overall a Millwheel counterchanged - (Means a millwheel is added to the Shield on top of
any other charges (the Bend) and the portions of the millwheel that are on red will be colored golden and
vice-versa (counterechanged))
CREST (Helmet) INTERPRETATION:
