ARMS (Shield) INTERPRETATION:
Gules - (Means the Shield is Red)
a Bend sinister or - (Means a golden (or=gold) wide, "strip" (Bend) is placed upon the Shield diagonally but is oriented opposite of usual (Sinister - goes from (viewers) left to right, bottom to top))
overall a Millwheel counterchanged - (Means a millwheel is added to the Shield on top of any other charges (the Bend) and the portions of the millwheel that are on red will be colored golden and vice-versa (counterechanged))

CREST (Helmet) INTERPRETATION:
On a Torse of the colors - (Means the next thing deScribed will go upon a cloth wreath (Torse) of 6 twists, alternating between the primary tinctures)
between a Vol - (Means "something", to be deScribed next (millwheel) will go between a pair of uplifted Wings conjoined at the base (Vol))
a millwheel as in the arms - (Means the millwheel from the Shield goes between the wings of the Vol and it's all affixed by the Torse (together with the Mantling) to the Helmet, which is drawn in Profile with the Visor closed, or with no Visor nor Grilles - the kind used by a "Bürgerliche" (Esquire/Commoner/Citizen))
