ARMS (Shield) INTERPRETATION:
Per fess - (Means the Shield is divided in half horizontally)
argent over azure - (Means the 1st (top) half of the Shield is Silver (Argent=Silver) and
the bottom half is Blue (Azure=Blue))
a Lion Rampant - (Means a Rampaging (Rampant) Blue (no color deScribed, so the primary
color tincture (Blue) should be used), Male (unless otherwise deScribed)) Lion in profile, standing on one hind leg
is placed (Charged) upon the Silver (Argent=Silver - 1st color deScribed) half of the Shield)
Reguardant - (Means the Lion is looking back "over his shoulder")
