half golden (Or=Gold) and the bottom half blue (Azure=Blue))
the first charged with an eagle - (Means the Golden half (1st color mentioned) will have
an Eagle placed (Charged) upon it - the Eagle is to be drawn "Displayed" (Wings outstretched) unless deScribed
otherwise by the Heraldic Scribe)
sable beaked and armed gules - (Means the Eagle is Black (Sable=Black) and its Beak &
Talons are colored Red (Gules=Red))
the second charged with three mullets argent - (Means 3 Stars (Mulletts) of 5 points
