ARMS (Shield) INTERPRETATION:
Quarterly - (Means the Shield is divided into fourths)
1st - (Means the 1st (viewers top left 1/4) and 4th (viewers bottom right 1/4) quarters of the Shield are Blue (Azure=Blue))
azure three crosses formee argent - (Means the Blue (Azure=Blue - 1st color mentioned) quarters of the Shield each have 3 Silver (Argent=Silver) "Iron" (Formee type) Crosses placed (Charged) upon them - Note that since the arrangement wasn't deScribed, they may be placed as either "2 & 1" or "1 & 2" - I chose "2 & 1", which is 2 on top & 1 below)
2nd barry of five gules and argent - (Means the 2nd (and 3rd) quarters each have 3 Red (Gules=Red=1st color) "bars" or "stripes" & 2 Silver (Argent=Silver) horizontal "bars" or "stripes" upon them)

CREST (Helmet) INTERPRETATION:
Non - (Means no known Crest was deScribed to be affixed by the Torse (wreath of cloth with 6 twists, alternating between the primary tinctures) together with the Mantling, to the Helmet, which is drawn in Profile with the Visor closed, or with no Visor nor Grilles - the kind used by a "Bürgerliche" (Esquire/Commoner/Citizen))

SYMBOLISM:
Bar (Barry, etc.) - (one who sets the bar of conscience, religion and honor against angry passions)
Cross (Maltese) - (Blessings; badge of Knights Hospitalier )
Colors:
Argent (Silver) - (Peace and sincerity)
Azure (Blue) - (Loyalty and truth)
Gules (Red) - (Military fortitude and magnanimity)
