2nd: Argent an angel proper vested in a dalmatic gules and a coat of the first, holding in the dexter hand a sword upraised and in the sinister a palm branch vert.
CREST (Helmet):
1st: Out of a Crest coronet or an angel issuing and contourne
2nd: Out of a Crest coronet or the angel issuing.
MANTLE (Decken):
Not deScribed (Mantling is seldom deScribed and usually takes the Tinctures of the Shield)
MOTTO:
None recorded (Common for German achievements)
REFERENCE SOURCE:
Armorial General by JB Rietstap

ARMS (Shield) INTERPRETATION:
Per Pale - (Means the Shield is divided in half vertically):
1st - (Means the 1st (left) half of the shield is going to be deScribed next)
azure - (Means the 1st half of the Shield is Blue (has a blue background))
a demi eagle - (Means a half (smaller than normal) Eagle (German style Eagle))
or - (Means the eagle is golden (or = gold - depicted as yellow))
issuing from the partition - (Means comes out from (issuing) as if from behind the Seam (partition) of the 2nd (right) half of the Shield))
2nd argent - (Means The 2nd half of the Shield is silver (Argent=Silver))
an Angel - (Means just that; an Angel will be placed upon the 2nd (rt.) half of the Shield)
proper - (Means the Angel shall be colored using all the colors an Angel would naturally require (instead of just the Heraldic colors))
vested in - (Means the Angel is dressed in "something", which will be deScribed next)
a Dalmatic - (Means a piece of cloth as wide as the wearer & twice as long, with a hole in the center for the head)
gules - (Means the dalmatic is red (gules = red))
and a coat of the first - (Means the Angel is also wearing a coat & it's blue (Azure=Blue - 1st color deScribed))
holding in the dexter hand - (Means the Angel is holding "something" in its right (dexter) hand, which will be deScribed next)
a sword upraised and in the sinister - (Means an upraised Sword is held in the Angels right hand & something else (to be deScribed next) is in the Angels left hand (Sinister=viewers right (Angels left)) hand)
a palm branch vert - (Means a green (vert = green) palm branch is what the Angel will have in its left hand)

CREST (Helmet) INTERPRETATION:
1st Out of a Crest Coronet Or the Angel Issuing and contourne - (Means that the Angel to the viewers left (1st) "comes out" (issues) from a Crest Coronet (often called a "Ducal Coronet"), which is a "Crown-like" device that has no significance except either for Helmet decoration or to signify Government Service - it's always drawn with only 3 of its 4 Strawberry leaves shown & without jewels. The Angel faces opposite of normal (contourne (to the viewers right)), so that it faces the other Angel (to be deScribed later) & is affixed to its Helmet)
2nd Out of a Crest Coronet of the first the Angel Issuing - (Means the Angel to the viewers right (2nd) is coming out of (issuing) a Gold (Or=Gold - 1st color deScribed for the Crest) colored crown like device, just like the other Angel but is facing in the normal (not specifically deScribed="normal") manner (to the viewers left) & is affixed to its Helmet (the Helmets are drawn in profile & have no Visors & no Grilles & as such, are the Helmets of a "Bürgerlich" (Esquire/Commoner/Citizen))

SYMBOLISM:
Angel - (Dignity, glory, and honor)
Crown (Coronet) - (Authority) Note: Because it isn't specifically deScribed in writing, it's unknown whether the Crest Coronet is just an heraldic adornment (a common practice) or signifies Government Service (also a common practice).
Eagle displayed - (Protection)
Palm branch - (Victory, justice, and honor)
Sword - (Justice and generous pursuit of honor and virtue in warlike deeds)
Colors:
Argent (Silver) - (Peace and sincerity)
Azure (Blue) - (Loyalty and truth)
Gules (Red) - (Military fortitude and magnanimity)
Or (Gold) - (Generosity)
Vert (Green) - (Hope, joy and sometimes loyalty in love)

Above Blazon (written description) only applies to large Emblazon (drawing).
