BLAZONING OF THE EBERLE COAT OF ARMS

BLAZON (Wappen der Familie Eberle):
ARMS (Shield):

Argent, a bend azure, overall a boar sable
CREST (Helmet):
Upon a torse of the colors, the boar as in the arms
MANTLE (Decken):
Mantling is seldom deScribed and usually takes the Primary Tinctures of the Shield

MOTTO:
None Recorded (It is rare for the German achievement to deScribe a motto)

REFERENCE SOURCE:

ARMS (Shield) INTERPRETATION:
Argent - (Means the Shield is Silver (Argent=Silver))
a bend azure - (Means the Shield has a Blue (Azure=Blue) Diagonal Strip/Stripe upon it)
overall a boar sable - (Means the Shield has a Black (Sable=Black) Boar placed on top of everything else (Overall))

CREST (Helmet) INTERPRETATION:
On a Torse of the colors - (Means the next thing deScribed will go upon a cloth wreath (Torse) of 6 twists, alternating between the primary tinctures)
The boar as in the arms - (Means the same Boar that was drawn in the Arms (Shield) is placed above the Helmet. Then it's all affixed by the Torse, together with the Mantling, to the Helmet, which is drawn in Profile with the Visor closed or with no Visor nor Grilles - the kind used by a "Bürgerliche" (Esquire/Commoner/Citizen))

SYMBOLISM:
Bend - (Defense or protection)
Boar - (A fierce combatant when at bay, and ceases fighting only with its life, and therefore may be properly applied as the armorial bearing of a warrior)
Colors:
Argent (Silver) - (Peace and sincerity)
Azure (Blue) - (Loyalty and truth)
Sable (Black) - (Constancy, sometimes grief)
