ARMS (Shield) INTERPRETATION:
Azure - (Means the Shield is Blue (Azure = Blue))
A Fess Or - (Means a Horizontal strip occupying 1/3 of the shield taken at the center and colored Gold (Or = Gold (depicted as Yellow)) is added to the Shield)
Between 3 Mullets (6) - (Means the Horizontal strip at the center is between 3 Stars (Mullets) and the Stars each have 6 Points)
of the latter - (Means the Stars (Mullets) have the color of the middle third of the shield (Gold (Yellow)). Note that the Stars are added to the Shield in the usual arrangement - as it wasn't specifically deScribed. That is: 2 to Chief (Top of Shield), 1 to Base (Bottom of Shield), usually deScribed as "2 & 1".)

CREST (Helmet) INTERPRETATION:
On a Torse of the colors between two Horns, a Mullet (6) - (Means a 6 pointed Star (Mullet (6)) is placed between 2 Horns and is affixed by the Torse (wreath of cloth with 6 twists, alternating between the primary tinctures) together with the Mantling to the Helmet, which is drawn in Profile with its Visor Closed, or with no Visor nor Grilles - the kind used by a "Bürgerliche" (Esquire/Commoner/Citizen))
Per Fess (Means the Horns are divided in half Horizontally (By the Fess means Horiz.))
alternately Azure and Or - (Means the top of the Horn to the viewers left (Dexter) is colored Blue (Azure) & the bottom half is colored Gold (Or)(Note: the 1st color deScribed (for this Horn) was Blue (Azure), so it receives the 1st (highest) precedence, which is the "top")and the Horn to the viewers right (Sinister) is colored opposite of the first horn)

SYMBOLISM:
Fess - (Military belt or girdle of honor; represents readiness to serve the public)
Horns - (Strength and fortitude)
Star (Mullet(5)) - (Divine quality from above - Old heraldic device)
Star (Mullet(6)) - (Divine quality from above - Old heraldic device, usually drawn like a "Star of David")
Colors:
Azure (Blue) - (Loyalty and truth)
Or (Gold) - (Generosity)
